About the Journal

The People Society & Management Review, launched in 2023, is a scientific publication focused on the research and dissemination of knowledge related to the human and social dimensions in the organizational context. Its primary purpose is to stimulate the dissemination of high standard research, fostering the advancement of this area of study, which encompasses not only the internal aspects of organizations, but also social interactions and influences. The journal seeks to provide a space for researchers and professionals to share their findings and experiences, encouraging the production of knowledge and the improvement of human resource management in organizations, taking into account the social implications of their practices.

The People Society & Management Review, in its continuous evolution, aims for both national and international recognition through indexing in relevant bibliometric databases. With a highly qualified editorial team, it strives to create an environment conducive to debate and progress in the area, highlighting the importance of promoting sustainability, social responsibility and the improvement of labor relations. With publications in the continuous modality, the journal accepts unpublished contributions in Portuguese, English and Spanish. PSM Review is a journal published exclusively in electronic format.
